The approximate time to manufacture each sign is between 5-7 business days from when the order is confirmed. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for Glass Neon signs.

We standard ship worldwide which takes an additional 3-5 business days from manufacturing completion. The total order time from when you place your order to receive your sign is 12-15 business days, for express shipping, the total time is 10-12 business days.

Our LED Neon is available in 8/9/10mm thickness, and the minimum letter height is approximately 3-4 inches for simple/non-cursive fonts and 4-5 inches for cursive fonts. If your custom order is for a sign larger than 5ft 8in by 3ft 11in it will be made on two or more backboards that can be easily arranged together. Doing this keeps the signs safer during shipping and allows us to deliver the best possible price for you.

Most of Custom Neon's range of signs, lights, lamps, and wall art plug into a power socket. We do offer battery pack options for small signs, lights and lamps. Please contact us to find out if your custom design is suitable for a battery pack.

Most Custom Neon products come with a 4.9ft transparent cord which plugs into a US certified AC adapter. The adapter has an additional 3-6ft of black cable that plugs into the socket. A free remote & dimmer will automatically be added to your order at checkout.

If you intend to use your new Custom Neon sign outside or anywhere where it might get wet please order a Custom Neon Outdoor Sign. Our outdoor signage range comes with an IP67 waterproof rating. An IP rating is a certification proving a product meets a certain standard of water and dustproofing/resistance. IP67 products are protected from contact with harmful dust and protected from immersion in water with a depth of up to 3.3 feet (1 meter) for up to 30 mins. They are not for underwater use.

Our standard LED neon signs are indoor signs that can be used at outdoor events, parties, etc... provided it is for short periods in fair weather, and they do not get wet. Please note that our standard signs are not watertight and should not be exposed to wet weather, extreme heat or cold or be placed in locations such where they might get wet.

3/ Ability to be shaped into complex designs

The sizing indicated is based on the biggest dimension, either Length or Height. If you wish to know the exact dimensions, shoot us a message. 

Our minimum height requirement per letter is 5cm. There are restrictions to how small the neon can be cut, and how tightly it can be bent. Smaller sizes are possible, but we generally recommend to stick with a minimum size of 10cm/letter as that allows us to achieve the optimal results.

Yes and no. Some fonts and designs work better than others like script and sans-serif fonts. We only recommend using fixed-line width fonts, as they can be accurately represented with Neon. Calligraphic and other variable-width fonts can’t be represented accurately with Neon. If you have your heart set on a specific font, our team of designers will be happy to assist you in creating a unique design that fits our sizing and font capabilities!

Our Glass Neon Signs come standard without an acrylic backing, and are installed directly onto the wall. 

LED Neon Signs require an acrylic backing to hold the shape of the sign together. We can offer a slim-line acrylic backing, however it will still be slightly visible, and will limit your installation options.

We understand that there are situations where people need their neon sign for an event or occasion, and time isn’t on their side. However, we do not offer an expedited order option as we are already making our signs and shipping them out as fast as we can without sacrificing quality. 

Unlike our competition, our average lead time from order being placed is 2 weeks, compared to the industry standard of 6 weeks.

If you REALLY need your sign urgently, send us an email and we can try to bump you ahead of the queue by a couple of days. However we can not guarantee that we will be able to meet your deadline.

Orant Neon offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. Orant Neon will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault, and is at the sole discretion of Orant Neon.

Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are not able to provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited. Once we have received all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue.
If a return has been agreed please note that you must return the faulty product in its original condition with all of its original packaging.
If a return has been agreed the faulty item must be returned for inspection by Orant Neon within 14 days of when you received the product.
If a replacement has been agreed Orant Neon will endeavour to produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
If a full or partial refund has been agreed Orant Neon will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.

Orant Neon products include a 24 month warranty which covers electrical components when used appropriately. Please be aware that Indoor Signs are not suitable for use outdoors or anywhere they might get wet. Inappropriate use will void the warranty. Resolution for faulty signs will be dependent on the source of the fault and will be determined between Custom Neon and the purchaser.

Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs - Orant Neon bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hard wired, Custom Neon takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign. If your sign has been hardwired in by an electrician it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our 24 month warranty.

First of all, there are two types of neon signs: Glass neon signs and LED neon signs. Glass neon signs are made up of glass tubes and gas. They glow thanks to the ionization of gas inside the glass tube. The LED neon sign is made up of an acrylic frame and LED neon strips. Neon LED strips consist of many light-emitting diodes.

For glass neon signs, you can fix them if they have wiring problems. But if the glass tube of your sign is broken and the gas inside is leaking, you need to replace it with another gas tube or buy a new sign. Meanwhile, LED neon signs are completely repairable, the process of repairing is simpler than glass neon signs. If the LED neon strips cannot glow, you can replace the damaged strip with another one of similar color and luminosity.

The answer to the question “Can Neon Signs Be Repaired?” is Yes! But this depends on the type of sign and its problem. Currently, all LED neon signs from Orant Neon have a 12-month warranty.
